If at any time you are not satisfied, we will work with you to resolve any issues with things like connectivity and do everything we can to get you the content you need.
If you are still not satisfied after we do our best, we will promptly refund your fees on the following schedule.
If you register before January 1, 2014 and request a refund before February 28, 2014, we will refund 100% of fees paid.
If you register on or after January 1, 2014 we will refund 100% of fees paid in the first 60 days of membership.
If you register on or after January 1, 2014 and have been a member for more than 60 days, we will refund the prorated portion of your monthly fee for the current month. If you paid an initiation fee, we will refund 50% of the fee paid through your sixth month of membership. After six months, no portion of the initiation fee will be refunded.
We Can't Guarantee ...
That you will be available for events that we schedule, but we will work with you to do the best we can to provide the content you need.
That the Scrum Alliance will accept any training for any specific program including CSP, but we will stay on top of the latest information from the Scrum Alliance and alert you of any changes to the program.
That any of the content we provide will be applicable to you, your teams and your organization. However, we work very hard to be a leader in the Scrum and Agile community.
